Stress Management

With the advance of technology, economic challenges and increasing demands on our time and energy, life can often feel overwhelming, hectic and even unmanageable. Often, we either find ourselves in a chronic stressful environment or responding to our lives in stressful patterns that put our health and well-being at risk.

Do any of the following statements apply to you?

  • Life has become too unmanageable.
  • I have lost my ability to feel peace and joy in my life.
  • I know something needs to be done to change my situation but I just don’t know what to do!
  • I am always either chronically worried or chronically stressed.
  • I feel like life is spinning out of control.

If you can relate to any of these statements, you may benefit from individual or group instruction on stress management. Effective stress management is not as complex as it may first appear. A little bit of practice goes a very long way.
